Elder Ryan John Penman has been gone for SIX MONTHS! That is 1/4 of his mission done already! I am so happy that he is serving in Spokane. He loves it and is the happiest he has ever been. It really is fun to write letters and hear great stories of people he meets. I know he is doing what he needs to be doing right now, and he will be blessed because of his choice to serve a mission.

Did you know that I am a convert to the church thanks to two wonderful young men that gave up two years of their life to spread the gospel! Ryan will be blessed for his service and so will you!!!
Six months down, a few more to go! It's amazing how fast time goes, and it will only go faster and faster now. I promise.

Oh Shannon, I knew with my web savvy I would find you! :) I told your missionary that I would, and he got nervous. He just moved out of our area, great guy, we'll miss him. He's excited to get home to you. When you write him next, be sure to tell him that Sister McLeod tracked you down. Take care! ~ Amber
